This kaiseki course features appetizers, sashimi, and your choice of sukiyaki, shabu-shabu, or steak as the main hot pot dish. Rice dishes are served either alongside the hot pot or afterwards, followed by traditional Japanese sweets (mizugashi) to cleanse the palate. Our featured meat is A5 grade Yamagata beef sirloin. Additional cuts are naturally available, and you can also order extra portions of filet or sirloin. Our private dining rooms are designed for comfort during extended dining experiences, offering Japanese-style table seating, sunken kotatsu-style rooms that keep your feet comfortable, as well as Western-style private rooms for your selection.
